I can’t say enough about the incredible experience our Foster Kinship leadership team had working with Stacey Wedding on the 6 Types of Working Genius Workshop. Stacey is a master at creating a safe, engaging space for reflection and growth, and she brought so much value to our team.

Stacey delivered the Working Genius training to my team at Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas and it was fantastic! I attended The Stacey Wedding Group’s Working Genius Workshop online and absolutely loved it. The insights I gained about my own working genius, working competency, and working frustration were incredibly valuable. It helped me better understand how I show up in the workplace and, more importantly, how to effectively work with others who may have a different genius than mine.

As a manager, this workshop opened my eyes to the importance of structuring meetings differently based on the strengths of those in the room. It also emphasized that every team needs representation from all six working geniuses to truly succeed. I appreciated how the content was presented, starting with one genius and building step by step to give a clear, connected picture of how each one plays a crucial role.

This was an excellent, eye-opening experience that I recommend to anyone who leads a team or works closely with others.

Thank you for offering the unlocking Your Working Genius session at the AFP ICON conference.  Going into it, I hoped to gain a useful takeaway. What I walked away with was an A HA moment that shifted how I look at my role. Looking at the six geniuses, I saw how I was pressuring myself to be ALL of them as a leader. The simple act of leaning into my wiring and giving the space for others to step in and joyfully do (what I have forced myself to do) is a game changer.
